Day 39 focused on instaling the smart lock from Day 38, and configuring some home assistant scenes.

The lock install went as smoothly as it possibly could have. Given that its a zigbee device, all I had to do was fire up ZHA in Home Assistant and pair the device. It instantly showed up and I could control it. All without some third party app or cloud permissions.

Next up was adding a new scene that in HA that lets me ensure the door is locked, the garage is closed and certain lights are turned off before I go to bed; all with the click of one button. Pretty amazing to integrate all of those things across multiple platforms with one button from Home Assistant.
