Day 20 of #100DaysOfHomelab was focused around upgrading HomeAssistant to the latest major version and fixing some mis-behaving Zigbee devices that have been dropping off the network randomly.
The zigbee changes ended up being easy. Simply factory resetting the end devices (2 bulbs and a door sensor) and then adding the back to the network did the trick. HomeAssistant with ZHA is smart enought to re-associate it with the existing entities so it made the process pretty painless.
The Home Assistant upgrade yielded some repairs that had to be made. Mostly from plugins / modules that are now able to be configured via the UI instead of the old YAML config.
