Day 26 of #100DaysOfHomelab was spent updating TrueNAS from 22.12.2 to 22.12.3.

While that's mostly straight forward, it does require taking down everything else on the network which depends on the NAS's storage. That includes Kubernetes hosts which store their VM images there, docker servers which store configs and files over NFS/CIFS and Media servers like Plex which store their media files there.
